The story behind the series from Aether's founder and artist, Carrie-Ann:
This collection began, quite unexpectedly, in the floral aisle of a local grocery store. It wasn’t a planned moment of inspiration—just a simple stroll past a row of blossoms, each one quietly blooming beneath the store’s soft lighting. But something about the colors, the textures, the delicate way they stood together… it stirred something.
I found myself gathering a small handful—roses, chrysanthemums, ranunculus—each chosen not for perfection, but for feeling. Then I visited a few more markets across town, curating my own personal bouquet from the shelves of places we all pass through every day.
But to truly bring the vision to life, I walked through my own gardens. The wild ones. The ones that don’t bloom on command, but by memory—of seasons past, of care and neglect, of home. I gathered petals and stems from those quiet corners too.
What emerged was From the Garden—a celebration of the ordinary becoming extraordinary. A puzzle series created from real flowers, collected with intention, arranged with heart, and transformed into something enduring.
