All Aether puzzles are made in the USA, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality standards and support local manufacturing.
Are your puzzles sustainable?
Yes. We prioritize sustainable materials, including recycled puzzle board and durable, eco-conscious packaging designed to be kept and reused.
Do you use AI to create your artwork?
No. All Aether artwork is 100% human-created. We do not use AI for any designs. From original photography to painting and thoughtfully curated collages, every puzzle is made to be felt.
What makes Aether puzzles different?
Aether puzzles feature a signature soft-touch matte coating that creates a velvety tactile feel and eliminates glare. Our puzzles are crafted on premium thick board and come inside a custom sueded velvet storage bag, with a high-quality glare-free art print of the finished artwork, all packaged in a stunning fabric-wrapped box with gold foil stamping.
Shipping & Processing
How long does processing take?
Orders process within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
What are your shipping options?
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Complimentary across the continental U.S.
Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available for an additional cost at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor delivery.
Orders & Returns
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused Signature puzzles in original condition may be returnable.
If your puzzle arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or assist you right away.
