About the Design:

French designer Émile-Allain Séguy created Prismes as a portfolio of decorative plates published in Paris around 1930. Produced using pochoir, a stencil-based printing process, the designs combine geometric, abstract, and nature-inspired forms in vivid color. Originally intended as inspiration for textiles and other decorative arts, these varied motifs capture the experimentation and eclecticism of Art Deco design.
