Custom Puzzle FAQ
Can I use a photo from my phone?
Yes. Most modern phones take high-resolution photos that work well for printing.
For best results, upload the original image file (not a screenshot) and ensure it meets our
recommended minimum of 3000 × 2000 pixels.
Will you edit or adjust my image?
We make minor cropping adjustments if needed to fit the puzzle dimensions,
but we do not provide detailed retouching or major edits.
What happens if my image is too low-resolution?
If your image does not meet our minimum print-quality requirements, we will contact you
with options—such as uploading a higher-resolution version or choosing a different photo.
Can I see a proof before you produce my puzzle?
At this time, we do not send separate proofs for custom puzzles.
If we have any concerns about image quality or cropping, we’ll reach out before production begins.
Can I order multiple puzzles with the same image?
Yes — you can increase the quantity of the same puzzle in your cart
or place multiple orders using the same image.
Are custom puzzles made with the same materials as your other puzzles?
Yes — our custom puzzles use the same premium puzzle board as our Signature Collection.
Differences include coating and packaging: custom puzzles do not include a fabric bag or poster insert,
do not feature our glare-free matte coating, and arrive in a smaller fabric-wrapped box with gold foil stamping.
When will my puzzle ship and how much is shipping?
Custom puzzles are produced within 2–3 business days.
Shipping is calculated at check-out based on delivery location. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
What is your return policy for custom puzzles?
Because each puzzle is made specifically with your image, all custom puzzle orders are final sale,
except in cases of damage or manufacturing defect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
