Refund policy

Aether Puzzles & Gift Edition
Unused and unopened puzzles may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original form of payment.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Opened puzzles
Because opened puzzles cannot be resold, we are unable to accept returns after the packaging has been opened unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Custom Puzzles
Custom puzzles are made specifically from your submitted image and are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error in production.

Order changes and cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.

Return authorization
Please contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
