Hydrangeas have always been part of my story.
They bloom all around my home, filling my gardens with soft, familiar beauty. I carried them in my wedding bouquet, and ever since they’ve felt like symbols of my some of my most cherished memories
This photograph was taken early one morning, just steps from my back deck. The hydrangea was covered in dew, lit gently by the morning light.
To preserve the feeling, I deepened the tones and darkened the background—enhancing the color to draw focus to the dew itself. The result is a piece that feels both grounded and dreamlike, intimate and expansive.
Dew-Kissed Hydrangea is more than a floral still life. It’s a personal memory, captured and transformed—one delicate petal, one piece at a time.
